Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Chevrolet Buick GMC of Valleyfield, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join its team!

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales
• Strong leadership skills and team-spirit
• A positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating work environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in both French and English (to serve our English-speaking customers)
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Train, develop, manage, motivate, and ensure the effectiveness of the sales team, in collaboration with the management team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and suppliers
• Assist sales consultants with deal structuring and completion, and support the closing of transactions
• Optimize profitability, cost control, and overall departmental performance
• Analyze sales performance and implement the necessary strategies to achieve objectives
• Ensure the strategic management of the pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Evaluate trade-in vehicles
