Evening and Saturday Receptionist

Chevrolet Buick GMC de Valleyfield, member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a part-time receptionist.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Profile we are looking for:

• Experience working in a customer service position
• Professionalism, reliability, and team spirit
• Ability to multitask efficiently and with focus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with computer systems and operate a telephone system
• Ability to communicate effectively with both French- and English-speaking customers

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to dealership clients
• Answer phone calls and emails, and forward messages
• Process payments and handle opening and closing of the cash register
• Prepare reports required for accounting
• Perform various data entry tasks
